CANCELLATION POLICY

Paul Claffey Tours Ltd Cancellation Policy

      Deposits:

      · All booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

      · Unfortunately, we have no option as this policy is beyond our control and is necessary due to stricter hotel policies and agreements with our partners.

      Full Payment Requirements:

      · The total balance for your trip must be paid in full no later than six weeks prior to the event start date.

      · If you are booking your trip within six weeks of the event start date, payment in full is required at the time of booking.

      Refunds:

      · If a booking is cancelled outside of six weeks before the event and the full trip cost has been paid, a refund of the balance minus the non-refundable deposit will be issued.

      · No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within six weeks of the event start date.


      As cancellation charges apply once a booking is confirmed, we strongly recommend that clients arrange suitable travel insurance at the time of booking for holidays within Ireland. Travel insurance may provide cover in the event of cancellation due to illness, medical emergencies, bereavement, or any other unexpected circumstances that may prevent travel.
